Starlink
Starlink is a satellite internet service developed by SpaceX that uses a large constellation of low Earth orbit satellites to deliver high-speed, low-latency connectivity worldwide. It provides download speeds typically between 100 and 250 Mbps with latency around 20 to 50 milliseconds, making it much faster and more responsive than traditional geostationary satellite systems

Standard Kit: This option includes a rectangular phased-array antenna measuring about 594 × 383 × 40 mm and weighing roughly 2.9 kg. It draws around 50–75 watts and is suitable for smaller vessels or dockside use where conditions are moderate.
Performance Kit (Gen 3): Built for demanding maritime environments, this version features a larger, more powerful antenna for improved throughput and reliability in rough seas. It is ruggedized for harsh conditions and typically consumes 100–150 watts, making it ideal for commercial vessels and yachts.
Starlink Mini: A compact solution for portability and low power consumption, with an antenna measuring about 298 × 259 mm and weighing under 1.5 kg. It draws only 20–40 watts, making it perfect for smaller craft or as a backup system.
KVH offers activation and support services for Starlink maritime installations, ensuring proper setup, integration with onboard networks, and ongoing technical assistance.
