President
With 25 years of executive experience, Jarren Garrett is a proven leader. Over his tenure as an executive, he has led multiple organizations during periods of dynamic growth and financial profitability. Beginning his leadership career in 1999, he served as Vice-President for the country's largest home care provider in the US. After five years of service, he moved into hospital leadership and held the positions of Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of large hospitals in New Mexico and Texas.

In 2022, he transitioned from the healthcare industry to the marine industry, as President of Del Mar Electronics.
George Deutsch

With over 40 years of marine electronics experience, George has just about seen and done it all. Nothing can replace experience and no one can beat George's knowledge in the marine electronics industry.
George serves as an engineering expert for Del Mar Electronics and provides valuable knowledge and experience on all our major projects.
