President

With 25 years of executive experience, Jarren Garrett is a proven leader. Over his tenure as an executive, he has led multiple organizations during periods of dynamic growth and financial profitability. Beginning his leadership career in 1999, he served as Vice-President for the country's largest home care provider in the US. After five years of service, he moved into hospital leadership and held the positions of Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of large hospitals in New Mexico and Texas.

In 2022, he transitioned from the healthcare industry to the marine industry, as President of Del Mar Electronics, LLC.

With over 40 of marine electronics experience, George has just about seen and done it all. Nothing can replace experience and no one can beat George's knowledge in the marine electronics industry.

George serves as an engineering expert for Del Mar Electronics, LLC and provides valuable knowledge and experience on all our major projects.

JEFF ALLEN

Director of Field Services

With over 14 years in marine electronics, Jeff has expertise to get the job done right. He completed his Technical Diploma in Industrial Marine Electronics & Hydraulics from South Central Louisiana Technical College in 2011. Since that time, Jeff has been performing radio surveys & VDR APT, along with installing and repairing marine electronics on all type of marine vessels, such as tugboats, offshore supply vessels, oilrigs, jack-up barges, ships, and just about everything in-between.
